Billing Coordinator

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling seeks a Billing Coordinator for our Spokane Valley office.   Duties include coordinating all billing and collections functions. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Posting and review customer charges
  • Generating regular billing statements
  • Tracking past due balances and contacting delinquent customers
  • Posting cash payments
  • Assisting customer service and accounting departments as required.

Candidate must have minimum 2 years administrative or bookkeeping experience.   Must be also be prepared to manage multiple tasks and work in a very fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.
