Customer Service Representative – Spokane Valley, WA

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Spokane Valley customer service center. Duties include all aspects of inbound and outbound customer calls. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling, a local refuse collection company, is seeking experienced customer service representatives for our Spokane Valley call center. We are a family owned and operated company dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers in the surrounding community.

Duties include:

–Discussing various service options and helping customer determine right services for their needs.

–Resolve service issues, including explaining billing concerns.

–Pursue collections for past-due customers.

–Handling potential conflicts in a calm and professional manner.

To be considered, candidates must have the following qualifications:

–Experience with high volume phone environment
–Familiar with MS Excel & Word

Must be able to work in team-oriented fast-paced environment. Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Starting Wage:  $21.00 / Hr.

This is a full time weekday position.
