Sunshine Disposal & Recycling has made it easy and cost effective to handle all of your Construction and Demolition {C&D) material using a single container. All materials go into one box and are hauled by Sunshine Disposal to their owned and operated transfer station.

Packaging, new material scraps, old materials and debris all constitute potentially recoverable materials. All of the following can be in a single, securable container:

Cardboard
Metal Pallets/Crating
Sheet Rock
Plastic Film- Lumber Wrap (no paper backing), bags, sheeting, tarps
Plastic Pipe - PVS, HDPE (drain tile)
Tile/Porcelain
Wood Scraps - Plywood, OSB, dimensional lumber, particle board. All unpainted and untreated wood. Fastners OK.
Paper (small quantities)
Buckets (clean)

We own and operate a transfer station, which enables Sunshine Disposal & Recycling to provide accurate data on recyclable materials, as required for LEED® points. We provide feedback so customers are able to more accurately budget their disposal costs for future projects.

In addition, our recycling services are audited - providing assurance that all materials are recycled in accordance with industry standards.

Container Options

Containers are available in multiple sizes, with the option of securable screen or solid lids lo discourage illegal dumping. Self-Haul Options

We offer self-haul options and provide container drop-off service for customer convenience. In addition, we own and operate a transfer station for contractors and commercial haulers in the Spokane Valley and also operate solid waste and recycling facilities throughout the region.
