Sunshine Disposal & Recycling (“Sunshine”) offers customers the option to provide one or more email addresses for direct communication when necessary. Providing an email address is completely optional. Email addresses will never be used for marketing purposes and will not be sold or shared with any third party not directly affiliated with Sunshine, except service providers who assist us in delivering these communications (such as our billing system provider).
Customers may opt-out of electronic communication at any time by contacting our office 509-924-5678 Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or via email at service@sunshinedisposal.com. It is the responsibility of customers to notify Sunshine of any changes to their preferred email address.
How We Use Email
• Delivering billing statements as an alternative to regular mail for those customers who sign up for electronic billing
• Notifying customers of weather-related or other service delays
• Providing notice of past due account balances that may result in service interruption
• Facilitating communication regarding billing or service inquiries
Customers may provide their e-mail address by contacting our office, or by enrolling in our customer portal at www.sunshinedisposal.com/myaccount.
