We understand this is an incredibly difficult time, and if you or your family have been affected, we are truly sorry for what you are going through.
Our collection routes are operating during this time, and our drivers will make every effort to service customers wherever it is safe and accessible to do so. However, if roads leading to your location are closed or conditions are deemed unsafe, we will not be able to provide service at that time.
If your service is missed due to road closures or fire-related safety concerns, we will provide extra collection equal to your normal service level on your next scheduled service day at no additional charge.
